The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Server logs and technical data are handled by the hosting provider as part of serving the pages.

Personal data and cookies

The site collects no personal data. It uses no cookies and no tracking. There is no account, no newsletter and no comment form. If you send an email, the message and the address are used only to read and answer it.

Photographs and illustrations

Photographs on the site are credited as illustrations produced for the site. They are not presented as documentary evidence of a haunting, and they are not offered for reuse. Where an article quotes or reproduces a public source, the source is named in the article.

Content

Articles report folklore and testimony as they are found in public sources. Nothing on the site is a claim of paranormal fact. Names of organisations, including the Toronto and Ontario Ghosts and Hauntings Research Societies, appear in the third person and describe the bodies as they are reported in public records.
